Top floor apartment located on a lovely tree-lined brownstone block close to vibrant stretches of restaurants, bars, and cultural events.

Sorry no pets, and preference for no couples in one bedroom, but we can make a case-by-case basis for an extra fee. Additional cleaning fee of $100 if you're staying more than 10 days.

**Closest subways: Clinton-Washington C is a 3-minute walk and takes you to Manhattan in 15 minutes, Classon G is a 9-minute walk and is just a few stops away from Williamsburg and Greenpoint, Nostrand Ave A is a 14-min walk and is an express train to Manhattan
**Centrally located in Brooklyn, you can walk in 15-20 mins (or bike for less!) over to downtown Brooklyn, Prospect Heights, Boerum Hill, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope
