I’m looking for a subletter who loves cats, enjoys color, and would like to live in a vintage artist loft.

The building is in a historic book binding factory where color printing was created with very tall ceilings and hardwood floors. It has large southern facing windows with tons of natural light and plants. Antique furniture and crystals shoot rainbows all over the apartment in the mornings. Super magic sanctuary in NYC!

This is a spacious private sweet one bedroom apartment in South Williamsburg with a new and cozy queen sized loft bed in the bedroom and full-sized Murphy bed in the living room. Shower and Bathtub! Washer and dryer in building. High speed WIFI, Fully-equipped kitchen with dehydrator, oven, etc. There is also space for yoga and dance practice. Plus roof access with city views!!

When you come stay my cat Sweetpea will be your host! She is a fun playful cat that is chill and easy going! She is great with guests! Independent but comes through for morning snuggles! I provide food, litter, and utilities. I’m looking for a Subletter where having a cat around is a bonus not a chore. If you are allergic to cats you need not apply.

One block from the east river ferry, 10 minute walk toMarcy J/M train. B 62 bus route and lots of bike lanes. Near Domino Park. Great restaurants and cafes nearby.
