I'm looking for a trustworthy sublet for my place starting Wednesday, April 29th (10am) through Sunday, May 10th (5pm).
The place is a humble little studio apartment with plants, complete with a projector/Apple TV and a balcony with a sunset view. It's a super walkable area to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars, with a little park nearby.
Looking for a trustworthy person. :)
No pets please! Looking to rent to 1 person only.
Ample street parking.
Laundry takes quarters.
It's $1,200 total. All utilities included.
