Hello!
I'm looking for a trustworthy sublet for my place April 30th (at 4pm) through May 10th (1pm). (Start date can maybe be flexible/prorated, so let me know!).
The place is a humble little studio apartment with plants, complete with a projector/Apple TV and a balcony with a sunset view. It's a super walkable area to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars, with a little park nearby.
Looking for a trustworthy person. :)
No pets please! Looking to rent to 1 person only.
Ample street parking.
Laundry takes quarters.
It's $950 total. All utilities included.
