hi!! this is my apartment that i live in and care for deeply!
this is truly my space to rest and restore from a busy city

i am looking for a tenant to sublet my apartment from July 1- July 20, 2025. there is no flexibility to go past July 20.

location: flatbush, brooklyn

my home is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with a shared balcony and lux appliances. there's a washing/dryer machine, dishwasher, full fridge, elevator straight into the apt, and a toto washlet (bidet) toilet. the windows are triple paned and keep out the outside noise.
i love to cook and care deeply about where i get my ingredients from. you'll have access to my cooking supplies like spices, olive oil, vinegars, condiments, dry goods (beans, grains), and a CSA veggie share (pick up on July 1 and in the neighborhood!)

this is a really special space, the building architecture promotes shared space and interaction. my neighbors are amazing and while the space feels communal it is also private.

all utilities and wifi are included
apartment will be deep cleaned prior to your arrival

ABSOLUTELY NO SHOES INSIDE THE APT
no parties
non-smoking apt/building
building quiet hours 11pm-7am

a few things to note about the apt:
-no tv
-no microwave
-no toaster
-it's bright in the mornings we recommend bringing an eye mask
-concert floors can be hard on the feet and legs- bring slippers
-i provide wooden drying racks for clothes drying cuz the dryer takes a long time since its a 2in1
-the outdoor space is shared and i am close with my neighbors
-the elevator transfers noise, please be mindful of the noise you create

i provide natural cleaning supplies (white vinegar), grove collaborative dish soap, coconut dish sponge, dirty labs dishwasher detergent, grove collab concentrated laundry detergent, linen paper towels, linens, bedding, and towels. i will start you off with toilet paper.

please bring your own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc)
