Enjoy our cozy two bedroom, one bath single story house, perfect for couples or two friends who don't mind sharing close quarters. We're in a quiet part of town but only a five minute drive, bike ride, or scooter ride to the downtown or to the ocean.

Great wifi, two WFH desk set-ups. Primary bedroom has a queen bed, secondary bedroom has a twin daybed that pulls out to a king. We're huge cooks, so the kitchen is fully equipped and we have a grill. Enjoy coffee on the front porch, or cocktails around the fire pit!

Accessibility details: short set of >10 steps up to front door, back door has three smaller sets of two stairs each to enter.

We've used Listings Project for a home swap in the past, and it was great—everyone we have rented to has treated our home with respect, and we hope to continue the streak! Please keep in mind that we live here full-time otherwise, so this is not a sterile AirBnB situation. Our stuff will still be here, and we are looking for people who can be respectful of our house and treat it as their own.
