My furnished studio is in a landmark elevator building. It has everything, including a washer/dryer! My location is extraordinary: Central Park, Fifth Avenue, The Plaza. Great museums, Theaters, Carnegie Hall, and Lincoln Center. Plenty of shopping, wonderful restaurants, healthy eateries, and supermarkets. Many subway lines are nearby: F, R, Q, N at the corner. 1,4,5,6, A, B, C, D, three blocks away. The neighborhood is cosmopolitan and full of energy.
There are steps to enter the building.
About This Lister
I am an adopted New Yorker and I work in tourism. I bought my apartment 35 years ago, but I have lived there for 40 years. Everyone who works in the building is dear to me, and it is very important that they are treated well.

**Apartment Rental Terms**
- The minimum stay is three months. Preference will be given to renters who wish to stay for a longer duration.
- No pets and no smoking are allowed in the apartment.
- Wi-Fi is already operational; however, the tenant will be responsible for paying the internet and electricity bills.
- Before moving in, two payments are required: the first month's rent and a security deposit.
To schedule an appointment to view the apartment, please provide a state-issued ID. Additionally, proof of income is required to rent the apartment
