My furnished studio is in a landmark elevator building. It has everything, including washer/dryer! My location is extraordinary: Central Park, Fifth Avenue, The Plaza. Great museums, Theaters, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center. Plenty of shopping, wonderful restaurants, healthy eateries and supermarkets. Many subway lines nearby: F,R,Q,N at the corner. 1,4,5,6,A,B,C,D three blocks away. The neighborhood is cosmopolitan and full of energy.

About This Lister
I am an adopted New Yorker. I work in tourism. I bought the apartment 35 years ago. I lived there for 40. Everyone that works in the building is dear to me. It is very important that they are treated well.

Minimum occupancy two months. I will prioritize renters wishing to stay six months or more. No pets. No smoking. Wi-Fi is working already. The internet is the responsibility of the tenant as well as the electrical bill.,Two rent payments are necessary to pay before you move in. One is the first month’s rent and the other is the deposit.
In order to set an appointment to see the apartment, you will have to send me a State Issued ID. To rent you will need a proof of income.
