The back house is set back from the main house, off of the rock gravel backyard with azaleas and an orange tree and has a keylocked separate entrance. (Not easily accessible by wheelchair). On a dead end street with plenty of street parking.

In studio: queen size bed with full bathroom and kitchenette. (Note that there is a double burner hot plate, microwave, full sink and counter and small fridge but NO oven/stove.)
There is a partial divider with curtain.
Small table with two chairs.
Small couch.
Window unit AC.
One closet and plenty of shelves in bathroom, also under bed storage and kitchen cabinet space.
Use of side patio
Use of washer/dryer in garage
Includes basic utilities
NO SMOKING

A large TV set can be made available.
