LOCATED IN East Los Angeles in ATWATER VILLAGE

Renting out my large primary bedroom with private bathroom in Atwater Village, walkable to shops, restaurants, & farmers Market on Los Feliz & Glendale Blvd etc. Pantry & closet space will be made available/cleared out for you.

The room is spacious (210 sq ft.) with a large closet (25sqft) and private bathroom with shower. Room comes furnished with Queen size bed, two desks, dresser, and TV. Includes parking space and onsite laundry unit.

$1450/month or $450/week
Refundable security deposit will be required


You will be living with two other women/non-gender conforming artist in their mid twenties/ early thirties. The vibe of the house is chill, we enjoy our own space but like to have the occasional movie night. We keep it pretty tidy but are not neat freaks. Common spaces such as kitchen are kept tidy. No dishes left in sink for over 24 hours, etc.
Roommates: One works from home a lot in their bedroom. The other is out a lot of the times but also enjoys cooking from home 2/3rd of the week.

Must be clean and okay with cats. 
Looking for a friendly, chill, LGBTQ+ friendly, POC prioritized, preferably around the same age range (mid 20s - early 30s), who cleans up after themselves and is an open communicator. Just looking for one person. No dogs. Two cats reside here. You will not be responsible for them. No additional pets sorry.

Two blocks away from coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Twenty minute walk from cute shops and restaurants like Dune, Proof bakery, Home State. Eight minute walk to bus-stop - the 180 bus which goes to Glendale Americana Mall, and to Los Feliz neighborhood and to Hollywood Metro Station - Red Line. 
This place is a 10 min walk from an indian grocery store. And a 22 min walk to the closest Vons, or 15 min bus ride.
