I’m subletting my magical bungalow home in Atwater Village while I’m away on tour.

The house is comfortable and welcoming, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed, and the second is set up as a home office/guest room with a twin futon/lounge area featuring a Frame TV and sound system.

The kitchen gets great light and has a vintage gas stove with plenty of storage. The in-unit washer and dryer are tucked away on the back patio (fully secured).

The front yard is a little oasis—fenced with bamboo screening, with a hammock and a porch that’s perfect for morning coffee and pastries from our local bakery, or for evenings winding down. The back patio is fully fenced and has washer/dryer.

Some flexibility to extend or adjust dates if needed.

Very secure location -- LAPD horse stables are a block away, you can walk over and say hi to the horses!

I’m Michael—a jazz musician, builder, and design lover. This house has been my sanctuary between gigs, and I’ve put a lot of care into making it feel warm and creative. When I’m not in LA, I spend time in Joshua Tree where I’ve renovated and now run a few AirBNBS and am a longtime SuperHost with a strong track records of happy guests! While I’m away on tour, I’d love to have someone here who will enjoy the space and its rhythms as much as I do.
