Looking for 1 year minimum, but giving priority to someone who want to stay for longer than a year. Move in Date: Sometime around Aug. 15, possibly sooner and possibly later. Will have a more exact date in the coming weeks.

- One 10x10 bedroom upstairs that can fit a queen size bed or full size bed and desk. Bedroom closet in the upstairs den. Unclear if a king size bed will fit up the stairs.
- One 10x10 room downstairs with a sliding glass door that does not have a closet. I have used this room as a guest room/office.
- Storage closet underneath stairs located in guest room.
- 2nd living room in den upstairs
- 20 ft. ceilings

- Bright natural light all day, lots of windows
- Kitchen with sleek under the counter 2 drawer fridges and 2 freezers. (Not a standard amount of fridge space, so please consider this. You can convert the second unit to a fridge/freezer combo adding a third fridge drawer, but will require a part change which was quoted at 1K)

- Laundry in the basement
