We are looking for someone to rent for 1 year minimum, with the option to continue. Timeframe: Sometime around Aug. 15, possibly sooner and possibly later. Will have a more exact date in the coming weeks.

- Two 10x 11 bedrooms that fit a queen size bed or a full size bed and desk. (Upstairs bedroom has a full closet upstairs outside of the room and the 2nd bedroom does not have a closet and I've used it as an office/guest room)

- Bright natural light all day, lots of windows
- Kitchen with under the counter 2 drawer fridges and 2 freezers. (not a standard amount of fridge space, so please consider and inquire. we had no problems with the amount of space)
- Central AC/Heat
- Laundry in the basement

I am renting my beautiful 2 bedroom duplex condo while I am transitioning upstate with my boyfriend and a baby on the way. We want to find someone who will treat the space as their own and take good care of it. Needs to have great communication, friendly, respectful, clean.
