Room becomes available for a longer term Nov. 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026. The move-in / move-out dates are very flexible.
If renting long term a signed sublease is required. The room is $1000/month PLUS utilities which are between $75-150 a person.

We prefer a female identifying roommate to join two other women in their late 30's. Non-smoking household. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person. Household is LGBTQ+ friendly.

Apartment is a 3 BD/ 2 BA located in a house in LIC/Astoria.
Trains: NW is a 5 min walk.
Queensboro Plaza is a 15 min walk.

This is not really a WFM situation as one of us is home during the day.

We have strict house rules about overnight guests. This isn't a party house, it's a quiet vibe, and our landlord lives next door. If you've got a SO that likes to crash then this isn't the fit for you.

Common areas come completely furnished and you're welcome to the Netflix and HBO accounts.

Laundry and grocery are two blocks away. Trader Joes is 10 min away by subway.

Our neighborhood is quiet and smack dab in between Long Island City and Astoria. The apartment is walking distance from incredible restaurants and a newly developed waterfront park.

Please tell us about yourself. Can you handle loading/unloading a dishwasher and cleaning a bathroom? Do you do most of your socializing outside of the home? That sounds like us. One of us works from home so we'd appreciate another roommate with a 9-5 outside the apt.
