This stylish one-bedroom apartment is in a small, modern walk-up building (just six units) on a quiet, residential street in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn—just two blocks from the Lorimer St / Metropolitan Ave stop (where the L and G trains meet), so you have options for quick access to Manhattan, Queens, and downtown Brooklyn. It's away from the noise and bustle of touristy Bedford Avenue—but still within walking distance—although there are still plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants in the immediate area.

The unit is decorated with a world travel motif and is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a flatscreen TV, a comfortable sofa (with a full-size pull out mattress if need be), a European-style bathroom with a jacuzzi-jet fitted bathtub, closet space, and a open kitchen with plenty of kitchen gadgets.

Utilities, including cable, wifi, Netflix are included. Asking $975/week for Jan 1 through March 31st—30 day minimum in compliance with NYC law.
