This studio is on the 3rd floor of iconic 68 Jay in Dumbo. 800 sq. feet with wood floors, high ceilings, 2 windows with beautiful light and a building full of creatives. There are 2 passenger elevators and one freight and there is an interior staircase to the 3rd floor. It’s a quiet space and has an amazing bakery in the lobby called Burrow. This building has a friendly vibe. I should know, I have been in 68 for 3 decades!!!!
