Backup babysitter for our 4 months old infant

Hi everyone! We are looking for a warm, experienced, and reliable babysitter to provide ad hoc, backup care for our sweet 4 month old infant in East Williamsburg.
A family member usually watches him, but she travels as part of her job so isn't always available. We are hoping to find someone who can step in on an as needed basis during those times, or when we just need an extra set of hands.
Because of this, the hours won't be a set amount week over week, but rather flexible based on our mutual schedules. Each babysitting session would be 4 hours minimum.
We lucked out with an easy baby! He is currently on a standard 4 nap a day schedule, is exclusively bottle fed, and generally very curious and happy.
We are looking for someone who has specific experience caring for newborns and infants, and who feels completely comfortable managing naps, bottles, and playtime.
Given that this is more ad hoc than most babysitting gigs, we're paying $30 per hour, subject to experience.
