My Southbeach home is located in Sunset Harbour. MInimally decorated, furnished, bay-facing with a beautiful view of the water and, as the name suggests, the sunset. 15th floor of a highly amenable building. A tenant for all 6 weeks is desired as you will have to get a fingerprint at the management office to get in and out of the building (we'll say you're my relative).
Cleaning services will be provided 1x/week. Utilities, WIFI and Netflux included.
