I will be overseas and looking to sublet my beautiful 1 bedroom apartment by the beach. I am looking for someone that would sublet for 6 months, possibly more. We can discuss best dates for us both.

It is in the perfect location right across the road from Will Rogers Beach, a minute's walk from the ocean, with views of the water from the kitchen, the living room, the bedroom, as well as the large patio!

The kitchen has all the appliances you need, including a dishwasher, and it has all been recently renovated.

There is laundry and pool on site.

The neighborhood is very walkable and super friendly, with beautiful cafes (Rustic Cafe is right next door) restaurants, shops and bars.

Aside from the beautiful ocean, you have access to the famous Santa Monica Stairs with a 10 mins walking distance where you’ll find yourself in the heart of Montana Ave, Santa Monica.

This is truly a special place and a rare find.
