The guest house features a fully stocked kitchen and bath, a queen bed (linens and towels), and new washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped for cooking. The deck is exclusively for the use of the guest unit. There is no smoking in the unit or anywhere on the property. One bed/one bath, full kitchen, in unit laundry, 2 closets and a desk. Multiple shelving units for storage. Large monitor for work space or media. Cafe table and 2 chairs in kitchen area, large table and 3 chairs plus umbrella on deck.
