I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in this beautiful 2 bedroom beacon hill brick apartment!! Flexible move in date but ideally before January 1. It is so cute and it located at the top of beacon hill so its very peaceful yet so convenience and literally a 5 minute walk from the red line or green line (Charles MGH or Park)!

My roommate is 30 and work in IT for an insurance company and we are looking for someone who is in their mid twenties - 30s, working or in grad school. I can vouch for her as a fantastic, reliable and respectful roommate.

Details: The apt is 2 bed 1 bath. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment which is very nice, and my bedroom is tucked away in the alcove so its very quiet/ there is less street noise(if any at all b/c its beacon hill).
-Rent is $1600 (includes heat and hot water which is really helpful during winter months!)
-other utilities and wifi combined come out to about ~$100 average / month
-pets allowed for a fee - my cats love this place and truly enjoy the sun soaked mornings!
- We have a dishwasher and garbage disposal!
- I’ve never had a package stolen
- The apt is in a little nook so it is clean and safe feeling
- Maintenance is very responsive
- We live directly next to a laundromat that always has availability (literally across the street) and a wash and fold

You will be living 30 year-old female, she is really easy going, clean, quiet, and friendly. She works a 9-5 but rooms are on opposite side of the apartment so if we go to bed at different times its never an issue!
