Amenities include: a washer & dryer in the basement, splits ac upstairs and air con downstairs, 2nd full bathroom downstairs, WiFi, TV, and a comfortable full foam mattress for guests if needed. The house is on a very quiet street, nice neighbors. It's just three blocks from the grocery store, many restaurants, yoga/ pilates studio, and movie theatre. A quick 12 minute walk to the Metro North train station - with an express train direct to Manhattan on the weekdays.

There are 4 steps to the back door, 6 steps to the front door and 12 steps to the 2nd story bedroom.There's one parking space and lots of additional street parking.

Pets are allowed case by case. The sublet will start between November and January 1 2026 for $2950. a month (wifi with some streaming services, water, snow removal, bi monthly lawn mowing included.
