Hi! We are subletting our apt for two weeks while we go on our honeymoon. The apt is in the third floor of a townhouse, one block from Prospect Park. It has an spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a sunny livingroom (Smart TV for you to use), separate dining room (record player+some vinyls), and a big cozy bedroom with queen size bed. Attached to the bedroom there is an office (desk+27" screen) with a very comfortable Eames lounge chair and closet space available. One room, not pictured, will be reserved for our storage.

Location is marvelous. A few steps from the park (literally), it is also close to a lot of good restaurants in 7th and 5th Avs. Two short blocks away from the 7 Av express F and G train station, you can be in Manhattan in 20 min and/or in other hip neighborhoods in Brooklyn (Fort Greene, Clinton Hill and Bedstuy) in 15 min. Williamsburg and Greenpoint are 30 min away.

A laundromat and a deli are right on the corner.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.
