Hi! I’m a pianist and composer based in Carroll Gardens, and I’m subletting my beautiful 1-bedroom apartment for the month of July. I’ve lived in many places in NYC, and this one is by far the nicest — huge windows overlook a quiet, tree-lined street with classic brownstones on both sides. The building has a shared roof with an incredible view, where I spend much of the summer. It’s a second-floor walk-up, just a short walk to the subway, great restaurants, and bars, with easy access to Prospect Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park.
