A comfy sunlit duplex in a spacious home in the heart of Park Slope in Brooklyn. It's a quiet place "in the middle of everything," great for 2 guests. Manhattan, Dumbo, Williamsburg within easy to reach.

Our large and bright apartment is located in the heart of Park Slope, between the historical 6th and 7th Avenues. The beautiful Prospect Park is just around the corner. Your home is a comfortable and quiet place, fully furnished, in a great neighborhood. It's ideal for small groups of 2.

The apartment has two floors. The guests sleep downstairs in the primary bedroom with a view of the garden.

The main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed with a Helix mattress.

In warmer months, there's an air conditioner installed. The adjacent closet space has a vanity and convenient storage for clothes.

Upstairs, you'll find the bright bathroom with a full-sized tub and shower. Extra towels and a hairdryer are in the cupboard.

Next to the bathroom is a spacious eat-in kitchen with all the typical appliances, including a coffee machine and grinder, microwave, electric oven, tools, and dishes you may need to cook.

From the kitchen, you can access the sunny living room with a large pull-out sofa and a TV. The sofa expands to a queen-size bed.

You're welcome to use our Prime Video, Netflix, HBO Max, and other subscriptions, and you can easily log in to your favorite streaming services and channels.

There is a small adjacent office space with two sit-stand desks, office chairs, and monitors.

Both the kitchen and the living room have an AC.

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself. We will use the children's room downstairs to store things to free up the rest of the space for you.

Free parking is available on the streets (partially, on the avenues, too). There are swiping times to look out for; they're listed on each street individually. Try smaller cross streets on Webster Place and Jackson.

This home is an ideal spot for spending calm hours after days out exploring some of the most attractive areas in New York City, or simply visiting.
