Beautiful 1 bedroom apt in Glendale, CA available for pet sitting 3 weeks (Aug 29 - Sept 20). Requesting $300 total to cover house cleaning fees. I've used Listings Project many times over the last few years, and I've realized that hiring a house cleaner is really important.

I live in east Glendale, on the border of Eagle Rock. My apt has lots of light, hardwood floors, a small outdoor patio with a few steps and beautiful french doors that lead into large living room. It’s a quiet neighborhood with a small park at end of the block. *Please note: There is no AC, but there are ceilings fans in the living room and bedroom.

My cat, Mooshi, will need looking after. He’s a very friendly and affectionate 5-year old indoor cat. Needs to be fed twice a day with wet food (morning and evening) and his litter box emptied.

Street Parking only (though usually spots on both sides with alternate cleaning on Mon & Fri (9am - 11am). It's a corner apt in in old Spanish style building. Dishwasher, stove, microwave in kitchen and laundry facilities in basement. Sometimes squirrely comes for a visit. Wi-Fi included. TV screen in living room has HDMI port so you will need to connect your computer to screen.

Hi! I'm Adella (she/her), and I've been living in this apt with my 5-year old male cat Mooshi since the middle of the pandemic. I work from home and really love the area. It's quiet and peaceful (aside from occasional leaf-blowing noise of gardeners). There are building managers on-site, and they are pretty good about addressing any issues right away. I am fortunate that I get to travel to visit family and friends all over the world, which is why it's important to have someone stay with my cat while I'm out of town.
