Hello! We're travelling in the summer and subletting our home for about 3 weeks: from August 9th to August 31st. Total rent for this time with all utilities included is $2475. We are looking for people who would take good care of our space.

The apartment is cozy, with nice furniture, clean and very quiet. It is located in a new apartment building in Prospect Lefferts. Prospect park is within 10 minute walk (you can borrow our bicycles for the ride in the park). Q subway line is 8min away. There is a large fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and a living room with a balcony that faces a very quiet inner yard. You can stream movies and shows on Netflix, etc. There are also built in speakers in the apartment in both rooms. There are AC units in both rooms and they are very silent. Windows have heavy curtains. There is also a fully equipped workspace with high speed wifi so the space is ideal for someone who is looking to work remotely from home. There is also a brand new washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher in the apartment.
The building itself is super nice, modern and new. There is also a rooftop on the top floor.

We have a kid so there is a baby crib in the bedroom and some toys /other kids items in the apt, fyi.
