Residents also have access to a shared outdoor space, complete with an outdoor kitchen. For convenience, the building is equipped with a video intercom system that includes remote access, allowing for secure package deliveries even when you're not home. There is also a shared washer/dryer that I currently offer for use in the basement.

Our building has long-term tenants who are very respectful of common areas, and we are looking for a new resident who would be a good fit for this community. The neighborhood also boasts a variety of excellent bars and restaurants within easy reach. Cats are ok!

I'm the owner of the building, it was a labor of love when I bought it 12 years ago and slowly moved up as I fixed the three units. (I'm a carpenter) We moved 20 blocks up when we had our second child and needed more space!
