I have ADORED living in this building. I have been here for 4 years and am only leaving because I need a second bedroom. The doormen are wonderful, the maintenance in the building is speedy and so helpful, the shared spaces are clean and nice. It really is my dream place. Happy to share additional pictures.

Move in date is flexible, but need someone in by Sept 1 at the latest. You have the option to renew the lease after dec 31st.
