We are seeking responsible, considerate subletter(s) for the months of July and August in our apartment.

About the space:

- Fully furnished, lots of plants, lots of light (subletters will need to bring their own bedding and towels)
- Wi-Fi included!
- 2br, 2 bath, 1050 square ft. apartment (note: one of the bedrooms is currently an office, pictured with a sofa; we will have a full-sized bed in this room by move-in date)
- Doors open on a hinge or slide and are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair
- Each bedroom has an en suite full bathroom (1 is ADA accessible)
- Washer and dryer in unit
- Dishwasher in kitchen
- Central air and heat
- Balcony overlooking interior courtyard with views of Chinatown and DTLA
- New building in Chinatown, high-rise apartment building
- Elevators work reliably
- Across the street from LA Historic Park, multiple breweries, and Chinatown metro stop. Short drive to Elysian Park and Dodger Stadium with easy access to 101, 110, and 5 highways
- 10 minute drive to DTLA and Echo Park
- Building amenities include: swimming pool and hot tub, full gym, 2 co-working spaces, multiple outdoor courtyards with grills and seating, rooftop deck, bicycle storage and repair room
