Welcome to our beloved home! Almost 1000 sq ft of space, including a sun soaked kitchen/living room with a 100 sq ft skylight, this is a 3rd floor walk up located on 7th Avenue near 9th Street (F/G). 1 block from the Subway, 2 blocks from Prospect Park, and steps away from dozens of restaurants, bars, shopping, and all the rest that Park Slope has to offer. (F train to West 4th Street in 20 minutes, to Midtown in 35 minutes.)

The main space has three large windows in addition to the skylight. Dishwasher in the kitchen. Super fast wi-fi, network TV plus tons of streaming options, record player, A/C in every room and all utilities included.

One large bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a smaller bedroom with 2 kids beds (currently configured for our twins who are 4, but could be lengthened for older kids). In the past, people have simply used the second bedroom to store their bags, etc.

The apartment is in a small building with only one other unit. Park Slope is a very family oriented, quiet, clean neighborhood that is stunningly beautiful in the summer. The best of Brooklyn, in our humble opinion.

About This Lister

We are a working family of four, living in Brooklyn for the past 10 years, and in New York City for almost 18. Our family are real, middle class folks (a public school teacher, an actor, and two young kiddos), and our home is incredibly near and dear to us. We feel incredibly lucky to live here and our most important criteria in subletters is trust. We spend our summers abroad with family who live overseas, and each year we find some super special, lucky folks to take our lovely home for a month or so. We are happy to facilitate a showing of the space and take care of all arrangements when we find the right fit for this summer. We make it easy and provide a clean, quiet, idyllic summer home for our subletters.
