I am looking for a non-smoking individual to rent a room in my beautiful three-bedroom apartment in the West Village. The apartment is modern and well kept with one and half bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room and dining room. Additionally the apartment has a washer/dryer and the building has private gated gardens that you will have access to.

I will be renting a beautiful sunny bedroom, approximately 16x11’. The room has huge closets, a desk, flat screen TV, and a double bed. The dates can be somewhat flexible depending on what your needs are. It will be available anytime from September 15th. I would prefer at least a one year commitment, however a shorter stay might be possible.

The apartment is one block from the bike paths along Hudson River Park, six blocks from the subway, a ten-minute walk from NYU, eight blocks from the Whitney and the Highline, there are many gyms, and countless restaurants in the area.
