We are subletting our beautiful 3BR, 2BA apartment in Park Slope for the month of August. Our apartment has three floors including two living floors and one semi-finished basement (kids play area). You will find photos of the apartment here.

Our parlor level has a primary bedroom with an adjoining, furnished outdoor deck, a full bath, and a kid's bedroom (that can, as needed, be repurposed as an adult bedroom for the duration of the sublet).

Our garden level has a dining room, spacious kitchen, living room with a pull out couch that opens to a queen bed (this room has pocket doors, allowing it to serve as a bedroom as needed), as well as a full bath.

Our garden has a BBQ grill, an umbrella table for outdoor dining, and plenty of toys and water accessories for kiddos to enjoy. Please reach out to us with any interest in any or all of the available dates.

The location of our home is in prime North Park Slope, steps away from the shopping and dining of 5th Ave, one block from the subway, and a 10 minute walk to Prospect Park.

About This Lister

We are a family of five (an economist, a consultant, a four year old who loves to garden, a 2 year old who loves to undo the gardening, and a newborn). We are posting on our own behalf as tenants and we will be the contact person throughout the stay. We love our neighbors (and our neighborhood!).
