My roommates and I have two rooms available in our awesome apartment! One room is smaller, with an ensuite bathroom and is $1350 plus utilities. The other is larger, also with a bathroom (not ensuite), and is $1550 plus utilities. Move in July 1st, either subletting or on a 1 year lease with the possibility to extend.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT
This will be our 5th year resigning the lease. Our apartment is on the second and third floors with a staircase inside our apartment between the two floors, and the building has an elevator (!!). We have a large living room with lots of sunlight, washer and dryer in-unit (!!!!), a dishwasher (!!!!) and four bathrooms (!!!). The apartment is on the backside of the building so we do not hear any street noise.

ABOUT THE ROOM(S)
1. It has an ensuite private bathroom, window, and closet. It easily fits a full-sized bed (can squeeze a queen) and desk

2. Separate bathroom, 2 windows, VERY large closet, can comfortably fit a desk, a king bed, and more.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
We are in an amazing area right beside the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, very close to the Brooklyn Museum, and ~15 minute walk to Prospect Park. The air is noticeably fresh this close to the garden and Prospect Park! We are ~10 minute walk or less to the 2/3/4/5/Q/B/S trains and have a Citibike rack right around the corner. There’s a deli on the corner and there are 3 grocery stores within a 15-minute walk.
