We’re close to neighborhood favorites like Duck Duck, Sweet Science, Win Son Bakery, and Baby Blues Luncheonette. There’s a hardware store and a pharmacy around the corner as well, so you can easily pick up necessities.

You’ll have a 13’x8’, 115 sq.ft. room that is spacious enough to fit a queen sized bed, a dresser, and a small desk. The room has a large closet.

This is a one-year sublease with option to renew.

Accessibility:
There is one short flight of stairs that you’ll take to enter the apartment. There is a longer flight of stairs that you’ll take to get to the laundry room, which is downstairs.

About This Lister

I work in public relations and enjoy creative endeavors like photography and videography. I enjoy taking dance classes, lifting weights, being Sephora’s top patron, and drinking margaritas (particularly on patios or rooftops).

You’ll be living with me and a friend from back home. We’ve known each other for more than 20 years. She is a photographer, and great cook, with a green thumb and a beautiful plant collection to prove it. She will live in the studio downstairs, but will share a bathroom with you and share our upstairs kitchen.

We are in our mid-30s and enjoy going out and enjoying all that our vibrant city has to offer.
