I am looking to book an extended trip abroad in late January / February and my apartment will be available for sublet!

Minimum stay of 3 weeks but dates are flexible! Price is also slightly flexible based on duration of stay.

It's in a renovated factory building in South Greenpoint, about a 5 min walk from McCarren Park. Near all of the design and furniture shops on Norman, Cafe Panna, Acre (amazing coffee). 12 min walk to the ferry (7 min ride to E 35th St), 5 min walk to the G train, about a 12-13 min walk to the L.

11 foot tall ceilings make this place feel massive. Luxury furnishings, rooftop deck (if you're brave in the winter), laundry on each floor. This building is lovely and in one of the best parts of Brooklyn.

I have purposely not booked my travel yet so that I can plan around this sublet. No pets live here with me, and no pets will be allowed. Will ask you to take care of the plants while you're here!
