Huge combined living/dining with space for large sectional and an 8 seater dining table with room to spare. Separate office space.
The east facing bedroom is very spacious with 2 windows. Room for a king bed. Kitchen is a large eat in kitchen with a dishwasher and lots of granite counter space and full size range and fridge. There are 4 (!) closets in the apartment. The bedroom currently has a separate armoire/wardrobe in it (no built in closet in bedroom).
New lease term with the apartment "as is". There are no issues with the apartment at all apart from a new minor wall scuffs and small nail holes from hanging pictures.
1 block from the 7 train at 40th st, 1/2 block from Q32 and Q60
I am so sad to leave this place as I was wanting to stay long term but I have to leave for a new job.
I will also be selling some of the furniture in the photos (big dining table and bench, kitchen table, large entertainment unit, armoire/wardrobe, mirrors)
I've been here more than a year and am so sad to leave. It's a great apartment in a fantastic community oriented neighborhood.

Current Lease and proof of payment for last 3 months
Landlord verification letter
Vaccination and photo ID of Pet (dog under 30lbs)
Small dogs up to 30lb allowed.
