**We’re offering our gem of an apartment at a lower rate than what we pay because a subletter dropped out last minute and we want to get the right person who will enjoy and care for the space while we’re away :)

Feel inspired in our beautiful and very spacious two floor oasis with soaring 11 foot ceilings on a gorgeous, quiet, tree-lined street right on the Bed Stuy/ Clinton Hill border. Easy commute to Manhattan, with a cute and vibrant neighborhood to come home to.

The apartment is the parlor and garden level of a brownstone. Our unit has a private entrance. It's a flex two bedroom/ 1 bathroom.

Parlor level:
-Cozy reading nook/workspace
-Large lounging couch w/ 65" tv
-Massive, light filled primary bedroom (very quite, as it's situated in the back of the building)

Garden level:m
-Full eat-in kitchen and laundry
-2nd bedroom (we use it as a dining / living space) but there's a sleeper sofa w/ mattress topper that becomes a proper queen sized bed (and our guests love it).
-Bathroom

Dining table can be removed from 2nd bedroom depending on how you'd prefer to use the space.

My partner and I both work in film. We are tenants and recently moved in and are just putting the place together. We sadly have to leave for work for a few months. So we are looking for the right person (or people) who will take great care of and enjoy this gem while we’re gone.
