I sublet my beautiful 1-bedroom in the UWS, 1 block away from Central Park. It's sunny, a lot of natural light, ton of storage, the kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, laundry in the building, in a doorman & elevator building.
I have a lot of plants so if you have a green thumb it's a plus :)
