Because of my work, I’m moving to a new place after spending three wonderful years in this amazing apartment, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room.

My roommates are looking for a long-term female roommate to move in starting June 1st.

The apartment is fully furnished, but the person renting the room will need to bring their own furniture. Rent is $875/month plus utilities.

It’s located on Bedford Ave, between Greene and Lexington, in a vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood surrounded by grocery stores, cafés, and bars—just a short walk from Herbert Von King Park.

You’ll be living with three professional women in a cozy, relaxed apartment. I’ve lived with them for three years, and I can genuinely say they’re kind, easy to get along with, and great people to live with. They’re also super respectful and create a warm and peaceful home environment. We also have an adorable cat named Sherry.

Thank you for understanding, but we’re not able to accept pets in the house as we already have Sherry. We want to make sure she feels comfortable in her home.
