I’m subletting my lovely, fully furnished one-bedroom railroad apartment in Bushwick- spend the end of December (one of the best months to be in NYC!) into February in one of the city’s most creative, vibrant neighborhoods. OPEN/FLEX on dates/duration - only Christmas/New Year's week is possible.

It is fully furnished and located on the best street in the area- right next to Maria Hernandez Park. You'll have a 24-hour grocery store, excellent bars and restaurants, cafes, vintage shops, and more, all at your doorstep.

The apartment features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a TV and access to most streaming subscriptions, a walk-in closet, and a large bedroom with an office nook and high-speed WiFi- perfect for remote work or creative projects.

The Jefferson L train is a 7-minute walk, and the Central M train is a 10-minute walk.
