We are renting our sunny 2 bedroom apartment from August 14 to 20 at $875. It's 20 min to Union Square, one block from the L train Dekalb stop. The large room has a king size bed, two windows, air conditioning and more. The second room is a small twin bed (my son's bedroom) and a desk. The apt is located on Saint Nicholas Ave - Bushwick, in a beautiful residential area.

There are many restaurants, bodegas, bars, pharmacies, etc. There are two parks close by to walk or exercise. L train is one block away and M Train is a few blocks . Many buses are in close proximity as well.

No parties at the apartment. But we have a living room with a big tv with cable and a nice couch in case you want to relax at home.
