Hi! My parents will be leaving their apartment at the end of July and we are looking for someone to take over their lease. This is for entry into a new lease immediately (ie not a sublet), 1 year minimum.

The location is 33 Franklin St, in a brand new building in prime greenpoint, surrounded by incredible bars, restaurants, parks. Steps from the waterfront and the greenpoint ferry.

Elevator building with washer dryer in bldg, gym, roof decks, mail room. Great community that we've absolutely loved. Pets are allowed in the building. Large outdoor space in the apartment, and lots of light.

My parents are moving back to Brazil and I'm helping them find someone to take over the lease (no broker fee) to avoid an early lease termination fee. Thanks a lot.
