Apt description:
My place is a railroad apt fully furnished, third floor of a walk up in Bushwick. The apartment takes up the whole floor, so there's plenty of space and it gets a lot of sun light from both sides E/W (windows). There's some trees right out my windows and the birds are always singing in the morning!

There's shinny hard wood floors running the length of the apt with the exception of the kitchen. The bathroom is small, cute and gets the job done. Overall, I maintain the apt. super, super clean.

The bedroom and the smaller room are next to each other. The smaller room is my office/art studio.

I have a lot of plants here, so hoping to find someone who can be entrusted with the full space and keeping up the watering schedule for my children.

What's included:
2850 = Rent + wi-fi + electric + gas (everything included)

You:
A conscientious person who is clean, and respectful of other people's spaces. Someone who will appreciate the flow of energy in the apt. and who will enjoy and protect it while in their control. No smoking.

You must be confident in your ability to take care of my plants, and commit to providing periodic updates (concerned father).

Bushwick - neighborhood:
The apt is located two blocks away from the Knickerbocker station (M) and 5 blocks from the Myrtle Wyckoff station (L/M) trains. The neighborhood is lively with lots of things to do and eat.

Highlights are the many bakeries and coffee shops as well as bars. Maria Hernandez park is a 10 min. walk away from the apt.
