It is 5 minutes from the L train (Graham stop), surrounded by bars + restaurants in prime Brooklyn. The unit was recently renovated, with a private balcony overlooking the NYC skyline (you can see the Empire State Building + Chrysler Building!), in-unit washer/dryer (a huge perk!), hardwood floors, and dishwasher.

The building itself has an elevator and is very quiet - the perfect combination of quiet serenity + easy access to Manhattan / rest of Brooklyn.

I adore my home + treat it super well (I ask you to do the same) - so the space is very clean, stocked out, filled with light + plants, and well-decorated. My walls are adorned with art that I have collected over the years.

From the comfy leather couch + TV (stocked with Netflix and HBO Max) to the comfiest full-size bed, you will feel at home whether you're looking for a restful WFH stay or a crashpad for seeing the city!

Dates are somewhat flexible (earlier start date), but ideally looking for someone to take the whole month at least. Please get in touch!
