I absolutely love this apartment and I’m looking for kind and caring people to look after the space, the plants, and my precious little black cat called Mona. She’s 13 years old and is very gentle and keeps to herself.

The apartment is sunlight, clean, spacious, and furnished. It’s a 3rd floor walk up in a gorgeous brownstone building. It’s on the top floor and feels like a tree house. It’s really spacious with original wooden floors and details throughout.

The bedroom is a sunroom! With huge and healthy plants and tons of sunlight. There is lots of closet space. Since there are no curtains, I use a silk eye mask.

The kitchen is fully equipped
WiFi is great and reliable
Heating is also great with no drafts coming in through the windows
The fireplace is not working, but is beautiful and adds charm and character. There is no dishwasher or laundry.

The neighborhood is super lively and hip. There are great places for music, like Lunatico, to eat, like Dolores, and a grocery store at the end of the block. It has great local shops, bookstores, coffee places, and bike shops.

The A/C train are 2 blocks away and citibike Docks right around the corner….
