I absolutely love this apartment and I’m looking for kind and caring people to look after the space, the plants.

The apartment is sunlight, clean, spacious, and fully furnished. It’s a 3rd floor walk up in a gorgeous brownstone building, on the top floor and feels like a tree house. It’s really spacious with original wooden floors and details throughout.

The bedroom is a sunroom! With huge and healthy plants and tons of sunlight and there is lots of closet space.

The kitchen is fully equipped
WiFi is great and reliable
Heating is also great with no drafts coming in through the windows
There is no dishwasher or laundry.

The neighborhood is super lively and hip. There are great places for music, like Lunatico, to eat, like Dolores, and a grocery store at the end of the block. It has great local shops, bookstores, coffee places, and bike shops.

The A/C train are 2 blocks away and citibike Docks right around the corner….
