- Rent is $5500/month w/ 3% increases annually for a 5-year lease (this is set by the building, and is not negotiable)
- First and last month's rent, plus security deposit to move in ($16,500)

- Almost all the furniture and rugs pictured are available for purchase, if interested. If not, of course, the suite will be emptied and delivered in move-in ready condition.
