- 1 minute walk from a great co-working cafe (Partners!)
- Surrounded by the neighborhood's best restaurants and shopping. Our lovely street is nicknamed the 5th Ave of Brooklyn.

(1) The apartment is located on the 5th floor (there is an elevator!) in a 7-floor newly renovated building

(2) All utilities included.
