I am a writer currently studying at Brooklyn College's MFA in fiction, and my roommate is a filmmaker at NYU Tisch School of Arts. We just moved into this lovely apartment in September and adore our neighborhood, calm and tree-filled, as well as its proximity to surrounding areas around Prospect Park.
